Ilyse Dobrow DiMarco, Ph.D

About Me

I am a Ph.D.-level clinical psychologist who specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy.  I am a Diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. I am licensed to practice psychology in New Jersey and New York.

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and related conditions. I have a sub-specialty in the treatment of parents who are overwhelmed by the stresses of parenthood. I’ve written a book on the topic, Mom Brain, and have been featured in The Washington Post, Parents.com, WNYC, Today Parenting, Psychology Today, The Week, Motherwell, and Motherly, among other places.

I have over 15 years of experience in the field of clinical psychology, working at the following institutions:
